Flexible Office Hours

Our normal office hours are:

• • Monday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: by special arrangement
  • Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Friday: by special arrangement
  • 2nd Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm 

We are happy to accommodate patients on other days and times upon request. If you are having a large procedure performed, we may reserve an entire day especially for you.

We have MOVED!

As of September 25, 2024 we have relocated to a beautiful new office in Elmwood Park on North Avenue. We have plentiful free parking available for patients now. Our new address is 7730 W North Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707.
